I'm Connor O'Hearn, the founder of Maai Designs and Maai Services Group. My background is in technology and AI — building systems that automate complex processes and make sophisticated tools accessible to people who aren't technical.
Living in Savannah, I saw the same pattern everywhere: talented business owners — plumbers, restaurant owners, salon operators, nonprofit leaders — who were incredible at their craft but invisible online. They were either paying thousands to agencies that over-promised and under-delivered, or they were getting by with a free website builder that made them look amateur.
